We have a House!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is incredible! It is so cool to see how God works! When Chris called me from Holland yesterday - I told him that Jeremy and I had talked and prayed about it, also talking with several close friends and we all felt that the small risk of the owner coming back was worth it for the advantage the Pelmolen (that's the street name) house. He seemed surprised and conveyed that on their end it seemed to be a better option to go with the guaranteed house, though slightly disadvantaged. I hung up the phone not knowing what to think, I didn't want to dissappoint them but Jeremy and both felt that was the right thing. I had mentioned to him that maybe we could convey our interest but hesitation to the Realtor and find out where the woman stood. Today, Chris called me back to say that he had spoken with the realtor and she had been in contact with the owner who was going to give us the 1 year lease - no clause! Yeah!!! So we have the house - July 1, 08- July 1, 09 - which is perfect! Now we need to pray for the work permit and residence visas to work out. There is a lot of red tape and hoops to get through, but as we've seen - prayer works!!!
