Now we have 2 to choose from!

So we lost the first house we wanted and now we have to decide (very quickly) between 2 other houses that are up for rent. Both houses have advantages and disadvantages. One is in a good location, comes completely furnished, and is under budget - but there is a clause written into the contract that if the owner wants to come home early they can give us 2 months notice and we would have to find new housing which could be problematic and expensive. Apparently the chance of that happening is not high, but it is a risk - other than that it would be perfect. The second house is actually where I spent a lot of time during my six months there - it is the house that my teamates - Jeff and Ryan lived while they were there and we held all our Bible studies at. It is a little bigger and we can rent it for whatever time frame we would like - but it is a little less convienently located, completely unfurnished and a little higher rent (though still technically under budget.) So Jeremy and I have to decide today which house is the right one. Please pray that we see God leading in this - and we choose accordingly. Also, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! We appreciate your wisdom or your perspective.
